Setup Email Template to Send Form Results Печат Е-мейл

  1. Leave the template blank. This will generate a template based on your form.
  2. Open the form in front-side, fill it, and submit it.
  3. Open the form for editing and go to the Emails Templates tab. You will notice that for each radio and checkbox-type question there are listed all possible options with the field name in front of them. You may delete all of them and leave only the field name. Thus you will have a question and a field name after it.
  4. For checkbox fields do the same - delete all options listed bellow the question and leave only the field name. Remove the [] from the name. These breakets must be only in the Form HTML code.
